My husband fell in love with a challenger he saw on the online showroom..No other car but that one would do..the only problem? We live 4 hours from the dealership and between working a demanding job and the universe making sure we couldn’t carve out the time to make the drive, he was ready to submit to defeat..BUT..Raul was there to save the day! He sent pictures, videos, information on the car..Raul answered every phone call, every question, every time..he even answered on his day off y’all! So we bought the car we couldn’t make time to come look at..then realized we can’t make the time to come get it either. I asked Raul if he knew of any companies he would recommend so I could set it up, but he handled all of that part of it as well! A couple days later, my husband got his car delivered. We did have a couple issues with the delivery, but those problems were also dealt with and handled quickly. And at the end of the day, my husband has his dream car, he’s happy, I’m happy he’s happy, and I’m very happy to say thank you to Raul for going above and beyond for us. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come see you! 10/10Experience!

Amazing experience at Climax Auto! Raul provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I recently bought a car from Climax Car Dealer and had a great experience. Mr. Hayat, the owner, is a very kind and professional person. He was personally involved throughout the entire process from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his honesty and support.
